13. Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

When you submit a deletion request via the QueBooking app, your account enters a 7-day grace period. During this period, your account will be deactivated but not yet permanently deleted. If you log in again during this window, your deletion request will be automatically canceled and your account will remain active.

If no login occurs within 7 days, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
